When we were transferred to Mississippi and had to sell our house within a limited time frame, we decided to expedite the sale by getting a well-know real estate agent. Our house was on the market for 3 months, when we had to move. The house remained on the market for 3 more months with no interest shown by the agent.
It was at this point we found you and your company. You found a buyer for our house in 3 weeks, and it took only 9 months for the buyer to qualify and close! If only we had found you sooner, we could have bought our own home and wouldn’t have had to line in a 3rd floor apartment with my sister, our two dogs in the heat of a Mississippi summer.

We are sending this letter to thank you for what you have done for us.
When were thinking of putting our house on the market with an agent, we met with you at that time and you had a pretty good offer for us, but we felt we could close the sell of our house through an agent a lot quicker. So, we put our house on the market in February.
Since then, we had gone through four different Real Estate Agents and our financial situation was becoming extinct due to our property not selling. Of course, each of the Agents told us “we can sell it and finally put you to rest and at ease.” Well, of course, promises and promises. Nothing seemed to be working. Our payments were getting behind and the property was moving into foreclosure. We didn’t want that to happen.
We decided to call you again and ask you to help us out. You quickly took over our property in January. To our surprised, you called us in less than two weeks to let us know you had arranged to cure our default. We couldn’t believe it…after four Real Estate Agents and the property being on the market for almost a year. This makes us so pleased and relieved because we avoided having a foreclosure and our credit won’t be ruined.
