At a time in my life when I wasn't sure which way to turn, I found CRS - or I should say they found me. I was going through a divorce and needed to get out from under my house payments because I was starting to get behind in payments. CRS took over my payments and got me caught up before my credit was affected. Jorge and I are very thankful for what you have done for us. We started the short sale process on August 9, 2007 and finally you sold it after ten months in the market.
Iam really surprised by how persistent you were on selling our home. Theres a lots of foreclosures homes in the neighborhood wiht the better condition than ours and yet you manage to sell ours in a depressed market. Iam also impressed by the turn around response from you, you are always available to answer calls or you response within minutes of my call. My wife and I are really happy that you sold our house. One thing that makes you different from other people I talked to in Real Estate bussiness is that you always answered your phone or if I ever left a message, you called me back right away. The realtor that we used to work with did not return the calls and we got really frustrated. Also you are very knowlegeable and informative. You also keep your promise to pay us for our refregirator. When I first call you over the phone, Iam so worrid about loosing my home and dont know what to do. I have also talked to several people about our situation ans we decided to sign up with you because I feel like I can trust you , even at the very beginning. I was talking to my friends who is in the bussines and they are beginning to doubt you and I should admit that I was having a second doubt myself, so I had you meet my friends, one is mortgage broker , one is a real estate agent and one is an investor himself. I know you were caught by surprised because you did not know, that they are there to question you, you pass the test with the flying colors and at the end they all want to do bussiness with you. Although you worked really hard to sell our home at the end the bank said no to a short sale. My husband and I are very greatful and thankful in knowing you and I recommnend your service to others who need help in selling their homes.

| Thanks for everything you've done for me, it took you a long time but you did it, my house is sold. I dont know how you did it in todays market,my house is a mess. I left a lot of trash and somebody stole all the appliances in the house and you have it clean and sold. Iam also thankful that you have it negotiated with the bank waived the difficiency judgement against me. Now I have peace in my mind that my credit is gonna be good again and maybe will buy a house here in Las Vegas that I can afford this time. I gave your name to my friend who is also having a hard time paying their mortgage, I told them you did such a good job in my property and that they can trust you that you will do everything to get it sold.
