I recently had the opportunity to work with Greg Greenwald after receiving a letter from him stating he was possibly interested in purchasing my home.
At the time I received the letter I was not yet even considering selling the house. I kept the letter and a few weeks later I contacted Greg and set up a time to meet at the house to see if he was interested in pursuing the purchase. After going through the house we sat down and discussed the fact that he did want to purchase the house and we started negotiations. From the first time I met Greg, I felt very comfortable around him and found him to be very professional. This worked out to be a great transaction for both of us. I especially felt 'relieved' as I knew I would be selling the house sometime this year and was dreading the thought of getting a realtor, be selling an empty house, maintaining it until it sold, etc. I am so happy I received that letter in the mail from Greg.

When I called Georgia Home Rescue and spoke with Jacob, he was very informative and he explained how his company could help selling my rental property that I could no longer afford the maintenance on. When he asked what mortgage company I had, he advised me that this particular bank takes a longer time, but is patient. Jacob’s assistant, Jayne, is so informed that I didn’t have to speak with Jacob again until closing. I closed on my property within six months. Now I am stress free. Thanks Georgia Home Rescue. I just wanted to write to let you know how much Matt and I, as well as his Aunt Nancy, appreciated your assistance in purchasing the house which was left to Matt and Nancy after the death of Matt’s father in November. As you told us, there were many hurdles to cross on this estate, one being that the house was still in Matt’s grandmother’s name. However, you were quite professional and helped both Matt and Nancy accomplish their goal of selling the house at a reasonable dollar value and as quickly as possible after the contract had been entered into. Matt is now able to put this part of his father’s death behind him and begin moving forward with his own life.
